Daedoo Food Co., Ltd. is established in 1993 and it has taken the lead in the industrialization of red bean paste, an important material of the bakery industry. Since 1997, Daedoo Food Co., Ltd. has manufactured complete products related to red bean paste(e.g. red bean jelly, porridge, Japanese cookie, frozen ttek, etc.) and distributed Soybean PINE SFT using technical skills of red bean paste. Further, it has extended a market under the quality priority policy of no use of preservatives. Through industrialization of rice flour, Daedoo Food Co., Ltd., which has a higher market share in Korea’s red bean paste market, is challenging once again to play the role of locomotive in the development of Korean ttek industry and in leading globalization.
